SUMMARY:AGC Training & Development Round Table (11.18.26)
DESCRIPTION:Construction companies across Utah face ongoing challenges in recruiting\, training\, developing\, and retaining a skilled workforce. Based on findings from AGC of Utah's 2026 Education Needs Assessment\, this breakfast roundtable will bring together contractors\, training professionals\, and industry leaders to discuss practical approaches to workforce training and development. The program will explore seven key areas identified through the assessment\, including training needs\, workforce challenges\, leadership development\, and opportunities to strengthen industry education programs. Each discussion will begin with a brief presentation or perspective from an industry professional\, followed by open conversation\, shared experiences\, and practical ideas from participants. The goal is to identify solutions\, encourage collaboration\, and help shape the future of AGC's training and education offerings. Breakfast provided.
