SUMMARY:CANCELED Emotional Intelligence (08.07.24)
DESCRIPTION:EQ is perhaps one of the most misunderstood aspects of human communication. We are constantly looking at the world through our own prism and we forget how to see things from other people's perspective. In this one-day program we'll dig into what EQ is\, how it affects our view of the world and how we can use it to build better conversations\, stronger relationships and deeper connections with our co-workers and colleagues. We learn how to brain works to propel us to success or hijack our thoughts and thwart our intentions. We'll dig into EQ based conversations that will help you build better results in all aspects of your life.\n\n\n\nInstructor: The AGC welcomes guest facilitator Evan R. Glassett\, a dynamic talent development leader who's worked all over North and South America and has lived in the Middle East for over 15 years including Saudi Arabia\, Kuwait\, Qatar\, UAE and Bahrain. He's had international success in helping organizations to grow and develop their talent base and coach their top leaders. He has worked for clients such as the US Government\, US Military\, the world's largest oil companies amongst many others. His motto is\, "The day you stop learning\, is the day to stop growing". Evan holds a Masters Degree in the discipline of Organization Development and a Bachelor Degree in Speech Communications and Spanish.
