He's had international success in helping organizations to grow and develop their talent base and coach their top leaders. He has worked for clients such as the US Government\, US Military\, the world's largest oil companies amongst many others. His motto is\, "The day you stop learning\, is the day to stop growing". Evan holds a Masters Degree in the discipline of Organization Development and a Bachelor Degree in Speech Communications and Spanish.
