DESCRIPTION:Utah has the 6th highest rate of suicide among all states and the construction industry has the second highest rate of suicide among all occupations.  Construction companies need to look at "what's under the hard hat".  Stress\, anxiety and presentee-ism are impacting jobsite productivity\, quality\, risk and safety.  Mental Health and Suicide Prevention are a construction leadership issue.
