DESCRIPTION:SPECIALTY/SUBCONTRACTOR 25-Hour Pre-Licensure Course:\n\nThis course introduces contractors to various accounting processes\, basic business practices\, construction law and general management skills by industry experts. \n\n\n	$310 Course Fee (dinner included)\n	$59 Textbook (optional but not required) \n	\n		No test required for sub/specialty contractors.\n	\n	\n	We offer translation captions during the class in over 30 languages.  You will need your phone and the Zoom app.\n	State Law requires attendance for all hours to receive Completion Certificate.\n\nNote: GENERAL CONTRACTOR 30-Hour Pre-Licensure Course:\n\nThose who wish to obtain a general contractor license must take 5 additional hours required by the State of Utah to prepare students in taking the Business & Law Exam.  All general contractors (E100\, B100\, R100\, plumbing and electrical contractors) require 30-hour pre-licensure course.  Currently the additional 5 hour class is not being offered at night.  See our website for test prep courses. The 5 hour class is $85 and the book is $59. \n\n \n\n*There will be a $25 Cancellation Fee / $50 "No-Show" fee on all courses
