A Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) of Utah is a new organizational environment that actively supports employees and family members who are:

In recovery or need support for substance use disorders
Struggling with mental health challenges or depression
In a mental health crisis

RFW of Utah is a local nonprofit that fosters health, safety, and dignity by removing stigma, increasing support, continuing education, and promoting long-term recovery best practices. This Lunch & Learn will introduce how recovery-friendly practices can help employers and employees navigate workplace and personal challenges, and how to start building a more supportive work culture.

Speaker Bio:
Scott Martin helps lead Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) of Utah, a newly launched local nonprofit focused on reducing stigma and building practical workplace support for employees and families affected by substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and crisis situations.
