Personal Revokable and Asset Protection Trusts. 

• Living Trust -Revocable Trust is extremely helpful in avoiding probate. If it is only a Will that a person has, their assets will go to probate court and cost beneficiaries time, hiring attorneys and money to get ownership of the assets.

• Asset Protection Trust (APT) – An Irrevocable Trust that is used to protect assets from creditors. This protects the assets from creditors, lawsuits, and other threats.
