With a focus on principles and with exercises designed to allow them to practice and apply what they have learned, each participant will better understand how they can create an environment where feedback, accountability and follow up are all part of the normal operation
 
Those who complete this learning session will gain a deeper understanding of:

• Their role in building the business and building the organization
• The principles for giving and receiving feedback
• The importance of specific and timely feedback and how to give specific and timely feedback
• The importance of creating an environment where trust and accountability are in harmony
• The impact on the organization, the business and their role as a manager when they don’t give timely feedback and there is no accountability
