Flagger Certification (01.27.26)

Learn how to be a safe and effective flagger with instruction aligned to MUTCD and UDOT requirements. This course covers flagger responsibilities, proper signaling and positioning, equipment, work-zone awareness, communication, and standard practices for typical and special situations to protect crews and the traveling public. A closed-book written exam is administered in class; successful students receive a flagger certification consistent with Utah/ATSSA standards (validity per current issuing authority).
