Pre-Licensure Course - EVENING SERIES (December 1-5, 2025)
SPECIALTY/SUBCONTRACTOR 25-Hour Pre-Licensure Course:
This course introduces contractors to various accounting processes, basic business practices, construction law and general management skills by industry experts.
- $310 Course Fee (lunch included)
- $59 Textbook (optional but not required)
- No test required for sub/specialty contractors.
- State Law requires attendance for all hours to receive Completion Certificate.
Those who wish to obtain a general contractor license must take the same above listed 25-Hour Pre licensure class and 5 additional hours required by the State of Utah to prepare students in taking the Business & Law Exam. All general contractors (E100, B100, R100, plumbing and electrical contractors) require 30-hour pre-licensure course. Currently the additional 5 hour class is not being offered at night. *There will be a $25 Cancellation Fee / $50 "No-Show" fee on all courses
