Reasonable Suspicion for Drug Testing (11.20.19)

Tracie will educate us on drugs that are trending today, how to recognize their presence on a jobsite and how to recognize impairment in employees. As a supervisor it's important to know what your responsibilities are and how to best determine a course of action, so she will help us navigate those waters. She will cover the importance of documentation and how to legally protect your company when dealing with a reasonable suspicion situation.  The class is interactive and even fun when she breaks out her drunk goggles and activities.
